Precise Systems is seeking a Financial Analyst to support our customer in Crane, Indiana. This position provides program financial analysis, budget tracking, reporting, and decision-support to help leadership manage cost, schedule, and execution across customer programs.

This role requires in-person support.

Duties:

Analyze program requirements, funding, budgets, schedules, and execution status.
Develop financial reports, briefings, and decision-support products for customer leadership.
Support budget planning, execution tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Collect, organize, validate, and interpret financial and program data related to acquisition and product support efforts.
Maintain accurate records and apply government processes for documentation, change control, and data management.
Support travel planning, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting for government personnel.
Coordinate with program managers and other stakeholders to provide timely status and financial visibility.

Desired Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.

Desired Experience:

3+ years of experience in financial analysis, cost analysis, program control, or operations research.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other data/reporting tools.
Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs.
Experience with acquisition or product support environments.
Experience preparing customer briefings, budget reports, and management analyses.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
