We are currently seeking a Program Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The Program Analyst will provide acquisition management support to the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) All Up Round (AUR) Lead.

Functional Description: Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under the direction of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance. In support of the above functions, a Secret clearance is required for the position. Security Clearance level obtainable after assignment to position is acceptable. The Contractor will determine security level achievability prior to placement.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  Lead and assist acquisition efforts for the FMS AUR Team with PID generation and other acquisition duties including SOWs/SOOs, CDRLs, Streamlines Acquisition Plans (STRAPs), Acquisition Strategy Briefs, Justification & Approvals (J&As), PMT/CDRL Tool guidance, etc.

·        Work closely with the Missile Systems Production IPT to ensure FMS requirements are added to contracts in work

·        Attend and support Procurement Planning Conferences, Acquisition Strategy Briefs, Data Requirements Review Boards (DRRB), Contract Status Meetings, Program Management Meetings, etc.

·        Generate informational reports utilizing the PMT database and other information available in the PMA.

 

Required Experience: Three (3) to ten (10) years of relevant experience and an AA/AS degree in Program Management, Technical, or Business analysis discipline. A Journeyman level person typically performs all functional duties independently.

Education: BA or BS with a degree in a Program Management, or Technical, or Business analysis discipline.

OR

Allowable substitution: AS or AA degree and an additional three (3) years of experience; or an additional six (6) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.  

Desired Experience: Three (3) to ten (10) years of relevant experience and an AA/AS degree in Program Management, Technical, or Business analysis discipline. A Journeyman level person typically performs all functional duties independently.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

 Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $78,433.26 to $117,649.90 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
