We are currently seeking a Program Management Analyst, Senior to support our Patuxent River, MD customer in support of PMA-261 Program Office.

The Program Management Analyst, Senior is responsible for directly supporting the Government Furnished Property (GFP) team within the Production Integrated Product Team (IPT). Works with the team to forecast, develop and execute comprehensive buy plans for (14) systems with (12) managing activities. Tracks/manages funding documents, contracts, delivery schedule, logs receipts (using a variety of systems), reports schedule delays, and various other actions that support the overall goals of the Program Office.

 Duties:

·         Candidate must be able to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplined environment.

·         Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Candidate must be comfortable and confident with facilitating meetings.

·         Assist with the management of cost and schedule requirements/initiatives for all CH-53K GFP products and related processes.

·         Analyze managing activity contract award and delivery schedules to identify potential cost & schedule impacts to the production line and work with the team to develop mitigation plans.

·         Develop, prepare, and coordinate routing of funding documents for procurement execution.

·         Assist in development and justification of funding projections for the Future Years Defense Program (FYDP).

·         Track contract award and delivery receipt for all GFP systems; utilize various Government systems to organize and file all related documentation.

·         Participate in review and tailoring of Request for Proposal (RFP), and Statement of Work (SOW) on contracts, attachments, and other documentation with the internal team.

·         Work with USMC and International teams to develop, create, and maintain GFP Attachments in accordance with policies and procedures established by cognizant authority.

·         Assist in various meetings and provide minutes as required.

·         Participate in Physical Inventory of all sites annually with team, consolidate, and update inventory records.

·         Work with managing activities to arrange Repair of Repairable as needed; identify appropriate funding and complete all required paperwork; coordinate shipment and track through to completion.

·         Candidate will monitor, track and control calls between external stakeholders, PEO(A) and the PMA using an electronic tracking system.

·         Candidate will monitor the GFE schedule to include delivery milestones, effort deadlines, and critical path activities.

·         Candidate will monitor the schedule to identify critical path changes to the baseline and implementation of GFE as it relates to aircraft delivery.

 

Required Experience:

·         10 years’ experience in program management, technical or business analysis and included in the 10 years’ experience must be 2 years’ professional experience supporting major weapon systems and component development.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project

·         Proficient with use of the Defense Travel System

·         Proficient with Defense Information System for Security (DISS)

·         Proficient with Base Access Security Information Control System (BASICS)

·         Proficient with Microsoft Teams

·         Management/Purchasing of Government Furnished Property

Required Education:

 

·         Master’s degree with over 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description, with at least 3 of those years demonstrating experience supporting the development/staffing of Acquisition Documentation

OR

·         Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.

OR

·         Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.

 OR

·         Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.

·         A Senior level person typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. A Senior level person may oversee the efforts of less

 

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $86,190.40 to $129,285.60 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
