We are seeking an experienced Facilities Analyst, Senior to support a customer at Patuxent River, MD. The Facilities Management Analyst will perform management and coordination tasks to support the Facility Manager as well as manage and execute a myriad of tasks and coordinate the activities of Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Public Works Department, the Navy Crane Center (NCC), and the base maintenance personnel to ensure the Presidential Helicopters Support Facility is fully operational to support the programs mission.
Duties:
- Perform non-routine administrative and analytical tasks in one or more business support functions within the organization, including contracts, facilities planning, finance, logistics, property management, purchasing and/or security
- Coordinate facility repairs and renovations
- Prepare reports, projects, correspondence and analysis to include building operations, security, occupancy, small projects and physical access control
Required Education: Master's Degree. Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree OR Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree OR Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
Required Experience: Over ten years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. Must have broad experience with building electrical, plumbing, fire suppression and general maintenance work on a public facility, specifically, mechanical systems:
- Controls (RTU, MAU, EF, Mechanical pump controllers and VFD’s)
- BAS/DDC functions and operation
- Building temperature and cfm balance troubleshooting
Desired Experience:
- Candidate should have working knowledge of government contracting process and timelines for Military Construction projects.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $44,054 to $115,325.33 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
