We are currently seeking a Senior Program Analyst, MAGTAB DIPTL, to support our Pax River, MD customer. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can contribute to the success of the MANGL program by managing various intricacies involved with the MAGTAB configurations. The primary focus is the management of the MAGTAB inventories for the MANGL PoR and management of the IFC approval process to include spectrum certification of over 10k assets throughput Marine Aviation (MA). The Sr. Program Analyst analyzes program requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Performs program management, technical, or business case analyses. Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and IPT-directed business meetings. Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information on aircraft acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies policies and procedures for financial planning.
Duties:
- Collaborate with the IPT to develop goals, objectives, and strategies for program acquisition requirements.
- Participate in defining future MAGTAB requirements for the Fleet to build the annual Program Objective Memorandum (POM) budget each fiscal year.
- Postulate alternative Hardware strategies and approaches for Tablet products and application development.
- Work with the MANGL IPT and Head Quarters Marine Corps staff to develop broad MAGTAB objectives for new program initiatives.
- Contribute to the success of the MANGL program by managing various intricacies involved with the MAGTAB configurations.
- Management of the MAGTAB inventories for the MANGL PoR and the IFC approval process, including spectrum certification of over 10k assets throughput Marine Aviation (MA).
Required Education:
- MA/MS degree
Substitution Language:
- Bachelor’s Degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
OR - Associate’s Degree plus six (6) years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
OR - Eight (8) years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
Required Experience:
- 10 years of experience focused on program management or related discipline
Desired Experience:
- Ideal candidates will have experience with DoD 5000 acquisition documentation procedures and have a strong knowledge of strategic acquisition planning to develop sustainable approaches for tablet products and application development.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $84,707.20 to $146,119.42 $(annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
