- Perform test engineering tasks throughout the lifecycle of tactical programs or R&D projects, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Develop, plan, and execute qualification tests for Electronic Warfare systems and subsystems.
- Prepare and execute comprehensive test procedures while managing schedules for system and subsystem testing operations.
- Analyze test results, preparing detailed subsystem and system-level evaluation reports to validate and verify system performance.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to coordinate testing activities, anticipate schedule challenges, and resolve disconnects to ensure timely and successful test execution.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering with major in microwave and radio frequency (RF) theory.
- 7 years related professional experience in microwave and radio frequency (RF) design
- RF and/or signals experience.
- Proven experience with Test Engineering execution in a systems engineering environment.
- Strong ability to coordinate and collaborate across teams, manage schedules, and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication skills to understand customer needs and convey technical solutions clearly.
- Ability to travel as required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $84,707.20 to $165,179.04 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
