We are currently seeking a Project Scheduler to support our customer in Crane, IN. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as, possess the following education and experience:

Duties:

Conduct scheduling and project analyst assistance supporting the manufacturing of airborne assets
Tasking will include scheduling, analyzing data, reviewing reports, capturing & reporting metrics, and tasking as assigned
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules
Performs management, technical, or business case analyses
Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
Tracks program/project status and schedules
Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management
Develop briefings
Must be able to utilize, maintain, and analyze existing (and participate in development of new) schedules, reports, data, and financial information in support of customer
Must be able to participate in technical interchange meetings (TIMs) as required, capture, and publish meeting minutes

Desired Education:

BA/BS in Business Administration preferred

Desired Experience:

Three years of project management, ideally within DoD
Manufacturing experience and/or PMP certification preferred
Requires a high level of experience using Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office Suite products and a pre-existing broad understanding of manufacturing schedules and business processes

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $38,958.40-$101,648.64 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
