We are currently seeking a Program Risk Management Analyst, Journeyman to support PMA-268 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office.  the candidate will be expected to be able to apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules.  Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.  Collect, complete, organize, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.  Track program/project status and schedules.  Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Duties and Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Work with the PMA-268 Lead for Risk, Issue, and Opportunity management
  • Lead Program and IPT Level RIO Management Boards and Working Groups when the lead is not available
  • Coordinate with PMA-268 CHENG for RIO process updates and guidance
  • Facilitate RIO meetings, to contribute, capture action items (with enough detail to be actionable and relevant) and provide meaningful minutes
  • Set up/coordinate RIO meetings via Microsoft TEAMS (CVR and O365), teleconferences, and in person
  • Manage recurring RIO meeting cadence to maximize requisite attendance
  • Facilitate development of RIO candidates with subject matter experts
  • Coordinate RIO mitigation plans and assessments
  • Track and coordinate RIO mitigation step completion and RIO closures
  • Develop, manage, and maintain action trackers and reports to provide status on RIO activities to the PMA Executive Level Team (ELT)
  • Provide RIO reports and data as requested to IPTLs and Functional Leads
  • Work with schedulers to align RIO mitigation strategies with the Integrated Government Schedule (IGS)
  • Work with IPTLs to align RIO mitigation strategies with budget
  • Maintain up-to-date program office RIO database and facilitate entries from team contributors
  • Work closely with IPTLs, Functional Leads, and RIO Lead for RIO boards and RIO Management Plan updates
  • Manage Government and Contractor ISEE/SharePoint/Sharedrive/contractor information systems (i.e., EXOSTAR) etc. access and permissions
  • Collect RIO inputs and update executive level briefs for PMA, PEO, OPNAV, Congress, and ASN/RDA
  • Provide training to PMA personnel that includes the PMA RIO Management Plan, program office execution of the RIO process, best practices, and use of the ISEE tool

 Desired Experience:

  • Demonstrated analytical and leadership skills in the area of RIO management
  • Utilization of NAVAIR ISEE tool for RIO management
  • DOD and SECNAV series instructions
  • Development of sound acquisition strategies
  • Development and execution of integrated Government schedules
  • Demonstrated analytical skills for cost, schedule, and performance trades

 

Required Experience:

  • A Journeyman level person within a labor category has 3 to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS degree. 

Required Education:

  • Journeyman – BA/BS degree. 

Allowable Substitutions: The following substitutions are permitted for this task order:

  • 6 years additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Associates Degree plus 4 years’ additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $44,054-$110,542.90 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
