We are looking for a Fleet Trainer / Technician to support our customer in Crane, Indiana. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as possess the following education and experience:
 
Functional Description:
  • Alternate ISEA instructor (Will always travel with a GOV Trainer)
  • Assist in developing, updating, and reviewing training documents.
  • Backup for scheduling and coordinating training.
  • Backup for meetings.
  • Assist with reviewing and providing updates for Technical Manual.
 
Preferred Experience:
  • Seven (7) years of related professional experience performing duties described in the functional description.
  • Experience as a military instructor.
  • Curriculum development experience.
  • Hands on technical experience.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Good communications skills.
  • Enough technical background to learn and teach the system.
Preferred Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technical Field.

Need to be able to obtain Group I/II s-UAS pilot certification and be able to pass a FAA Class 3 physical.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $73,695.26-$146,119.92 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
