We are looking for a Fleet Trainer / Technician to support our customer in Crane, Indiana. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as possess the following education and experience:

Functional Description:

Alternate ISEA instructor (Will always travel with a GOV Trainer)
Assist in developing, updating, and reviewing training documents.
Backup for scheduling and coordinating training.
Backup for meetings.
Assist with reviewing and providing updates for Technical Manual.

Preferred Experience:

Seven (7) years of related professional experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Experience as a military instructor.
Curriculum development experience.
Hands on technical experience.
Willing to travel.
Good communications skills.
Enough technical background to learn and teach the system.

Preferred Education:

Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technical Field.

Need to be able to obtain Group I/II s-UAS pilot certification and be able to pass a FAA Class 3 physical.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
