We are currently seeking a Sr. Program Analyst/BFM, to support the JSF Program Office.  The candidate will be a member of the Power and Propulsion IPT.

Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of IPT spend plan budgeting using the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and the Air Force CCaR financial tool. The incumbent will work with the IPT to capture requirements and budget information to create SPIDs in the CSPT.  The incumbent will help implement the Acquisition Management System (AMS) within the IPT through training and support as well as reporting and visualization training.  The incumbent will collect, complete, organize and interpret data using AMS and AMS visualizations to help the IPT track program/project status and schedules.  Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

 Duties:

  • A self-starter who can analyze budget planning information to create SPIDs in the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT).
  • Experience with Program Management Tool (PMT) and procurement planning/management.
  • Assist with the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) tool use and management.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Programs to include Outlook, Teams, Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Required Experience: 

  • 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description. 

Desired Experience: 

  •  At least 2 years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs.

Required Education: 

  • BA/BS degree. Allowable Substitutions: The following substitutions are permitted for this task order:
  •   Associate’s degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.

OR

  •  Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.”

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $67,765.76-$127,060.80 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
