We are currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support our corporate team in Lexington Park, Maryland. 

The primary responsibilities include assisting with the administration of the day-to-day operations of assimilating new hires into the organization. Effectively recording, updating and reporting required human resource data. Establishing and maintaining working relations with company personnel and with management. Establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with applicants, visitors, callers, and business professionals. The Human Resources Specialist will supplement our Human Resources and Recruitment practices and objectives. The ideal candidate will be well organized with strong attention to detail.  They should possess excellent communication skills and possess experience providing services support (which includes the proven ability to maintain confidential information.) 

Required Education: BS/BA desired. 

Required Experience: 2-4 years equivalent relevant work experience.

Desired Skills:

  • Candidates must possess the ability to use Microsoft Office for various administrative duties.
  • They must be extremely professional. 
  • They should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ideal candidates will possess at least one year of business office experience.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
