We are currently seeking a Content Analyst to support our Mechanicsburg, PA customer. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as, possess the following education and experience:

Duties:

  • Assist Subject Matter authors with content identification, development, and revisions.
  • Create/Provide mature examples of professional grade content.
  • Provide approved digital content management guidance.
  • Maintain, utilize, and augment expertise with content development tools and graphics design packages.
  • Advise on content optimization, proficiency, and user interface (UI) / user experience (UX).
  • Work as part of the Knowledge Management team to identify and fulfill emerging needs/opportunities related to collaboration, knowledge management, and developing solutions for organizational processes.
  • Flexible with other duties as needed and assigned.
  • May require monthly onsite meetings with the customer.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or Mass Communication (2 years of additional relevant experience will be considered in lieu of each year of education).

Desired Experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office/M365 Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma/DMAIC process improvement methodology.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and/or Microsoft Teams.
  • Graphic design knowledge/experience.

Desired Skills:

  • Detail oriented to ensure error-free creation and editing of content including grammar and punctuation.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills for concise content creation/revision to achieve clarity and organizational style compliance.
  • Storytelling capabilities to market organizational functions, products, and services.
  • Teamwork/Collaboration abilities to constructively participate in and/or guide group discussions.
  • Use schedules and project plans to ensure work completion by negotiated deadlines.
  • Ability to create objectives from needs analysis and build plans to appropriately fulfill those objectives.
  • Desire to help others succeed.
  • Enjoy learning and working with new technologies.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
