We are looking for a Fleet Support Technician to support our customer in Crane, Indiana. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as possess the following education and experience:

Duties:

  • Provide technical advice, subject matter expertise, recommendations and advice to the government customer in support of c-UAS and JCREW systems.
  • Help Desk Fleet Support
  • Assistance with reviewing/providing updates for Tech Manual.
  • Flexibility of working alternate hours to accommodate end user. May be required to take calls after normal business hours.
  • Provide coordination/liaison with internal and Government teams to address and resolve technical issues.
  • Assist fleet customers, engineers, technicians, and other personnel to resolve issues and provide support as requested by the customer.
  • Assistance developing/updating/reviewing training documents.
  • Assistance with reviewing/providing updates for Tech Manual.

Desired Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Business or technical field.

Desired Experience:

  • Willing to travel CONUS/OCONUS
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing and a positive customer service attitude.
  • Must be a self-starter, strong leader, and have the ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • At least ten (10) years' of experience in engineering with Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of JCREW and c-UAS systems.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
