We are seeking a Program Management Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer.  The Program Management Analyst will provide support to the Tomahawk Weapons System Program Office, PMA-280, and directly support the In-service IPT. 

The Analyst applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. 

Tasks will include, but are not limited to:

·        Respond to higher level drills and update “sand charts” as required

·        Track Tomahawk missile inventory by collecting, analyzing, and compiling data for presentation to the government customer

·        Create queries and gather missile data for the readiness tracker and reporting

·        Collect information for presentation via Fleet Activity notices, Military Standard Requisitioning & Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP) and TOMIS notes

·        Track missile repairs, combat ship on-loading and off-loading events

·        Prepare and submit weekly activity reports

·        Assist Logistician with End Inventory and Hole’s VS Inventory reports

·        Update OPOM model as needed

·        Complete monthly status reports

 

Required Education: BA/BS degree 

Required Experience: 0-3 years of experience and a BA/BS degree 

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
