Lead Electronics Technician

We are currently seeking a Lead Electronics Technician to support our Ventura, CA customer. This position is contingent upon contract award. The Lead Electronics Technician will possess the:
- Ability to perform maintenance to include uninstall, relocate, install, troubleshoot, repair, refurbish, and procure materials in support of FCS onboard the USN, USCG, FMS ships and Land Based Test Sites (LBTSs); provide logistics planning and coordination including material management services; identify, analyze and resolve issues related to FCS MK 13/86/92/99 and supporting equipment.
- Ability to develop review and update technical documentation for engineering, technical and logistics support. prepare Planned Maintenance System (PMS), Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRCs), Technical Feedback Reports (TFBRs) and Technical Manual Deficiency/Evaluation Reports (TMDERs), Engineering Change Packages (ECPs) and Ordnance Alteration (ORDALT) work packages; provide Ordnance Alteration work packages, update, maintain technical documentation, and provide Revisions to Existing Government Documents, conduct technical distance support via phone and email.
Required Education: HS Diploma
Required Experience: minimum 10 years of experience in maintaining Fire Control Systems (FCS), Combat systems installations and Launching Systems support
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
