By accepting any employment with PAR Technology Corporation and or any of its subsidiaries ("PAR"), I agree that any Work Product, including but not limited to, inventions, innovations, improvements, technical information, systems, software developments, methods, designs, analyses, drawings, reports, service marks, trademarks, trade names, logos, and all similar or related information (whether patentable or unpatentable, copyrightable, registered as a trademark, reduced to writing, or otherwise) which are hereby conceived, developed or made by me while employed by PAR, shall be the exclusive property of PAR, and I hereby assign all of my right, title and interest in and to such Work Product to PAR, including all intellectual property rights therein. 

I understand that this application and any attachment(s) are the property of PAR. I certify that the statements made by me in this application are true, complete, and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and are made in good faith. I hereby grant PAR permission to verify such answers. I further understand that any false statement or omission on this application, my resume, or in any answers given by me in my interview or thereafter, may be considered as sufficient cause for rejection of this application or for dismissal if such false statements or omission is discovered subsequent to my employment. 

I authorize any of the persons or organizations referenced in this application to give you any and all information concerning my previous employment, education, or any other information they might have (personal or otherwise) with regard to any of the subjects covered by this application and release all such parties from all liability for any damage that may result from furnishing such information to you.*

I understand that I may be subject to a pre-employment drug test after receiving a conditional offer of employment, and must receive a negative result for illegal drug use before being permitted to commence work with PAR. 

I understand, where permissible under applicable New York and local law, I may be subject to a pre-employment background check after receiving a conditional offer of employment to investigate my criminal background and driving record/credit history (if applicable to the position), and other matters related to my suitability for employment. I understand that a separate disclosure and consent form will be provided to me prior to any background check.

An offer of employment tendered to me is based upon my agreement to abide by the policies, rules, and regulations of PAR and acknowledgement that such policies, rules, and regulations may be changed, interpreted, withdrawn or added to at the sole discretion of PAR at any time without prior notice to me. 

I hereby acknowledge that any offer of employment, if such is made, may be withdrawn, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice at any time, at the option of PAR for any specified period of time either prior to commencement of employment or after I am employed.*

I further acknowledge that unless otherwise defined by applicable law, any employment relationship with PAR is "at will", which means that I may resign at any time and PAR may discharge me at any time with or without notice and with or without cause. It is further understood that this "at will" employment relationship may not be changed by any written document or by conduct, unless such change is specifically acknowledged in writing by an authorized officer of PAR.
