This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation as an industry leader by managing the daily activities of Service Coordinators across multiple locations. The Director will ensure the timeliness and efficiency of repair order processing and uphold our commitment to delivering best-in-class customer service. As a mentor and developer of talent, the Director will foster the career growth of Service Coordinators, guiding them towards achieving their professional goals. The Director will lead the service processing team to provide exceptional repair services, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. This includes direct coaching on performance and career development, working cross-functionally to optimize service technician scheduling and routing, and addressing and resolving escalations promptly. The role also involves overseeing customer assistance, improving turnaround times, reviewing calls for service improvement, and implementing best practices and universal service processes within the territory. The Director will perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of five years of operational work experience and/or training
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience, including leading, mentoring, and coaching
- Working knowledge of service order processing
- Experience in the durable medical equipment industry
- Familiarity with healthcare accreditation processes and business requirements
- Understanding of funding and payer requirements
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment and with cross-functional teams
- Change management skills and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to develop and execute multiple business priorities to meet objectives
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Required Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
- At least five years of operational work experience in a relevant field
- At least two years of supervisory experience with a focus on leading, mentoring, and coaching
- Prior experience in service order processing, preferably within the durable medical equipment industry or a related healthcare field
- Experience with healthcare accreditation processes and meeting business requirements
- Knowledge of funding and payer requirements in the healthcare sector
- Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience as a change agent, leading change in a rapidly evolving business landscape
- Track record of developing and executing business strategies to meet organizational objectives
- History of exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills in customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills with experience addressing various levels within an organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in setting and achieving challenging goals, connecting trends to actions, resolving issues with urgency, showing compassion, and simplifying complex problems
