The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 Salary with an quarterly incentive plan. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
JOB PURPOSE:
The Territory Manager of Specialty Accounts is responsible for leading a sales team to achieve targets and grow market share across the complex rehab technology industry. This role involves overseeing day-to-day sales activities, coaching and mentoring specialty account managers, and developing strategies to drive performance.
Territory covers WA, OR, Northern California
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Specialty Account Managers (SAMs) to achieve/exceed sales goals.
• Hires, develops and manages performance of sales team, providing feedback, coaching and support as needed.
• Lead team members to be accountable by assessing competency, capacity and performance; help influence their success as measured by their results.
• Onboard new SAMs and provide hands-on field level experiential learning opportunities.
• Performs monthly field ride-along with direct reports.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to capture new business and grow existing accounts.
• Builds cross-functional teams to guide and nourish sustainable, long-term growth.
• Represents Numotion at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
• Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
• Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
• Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience leading, mentoring and/or coaching others.

• Knowledge of Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) funding and payer requirements.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology.
