Numotion, the nation's leading provider of Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT), is seeking a dedicated Seating Technician to join our team. As a Seating Technician, you will play a crucial role in assembling and delivering CRT equipment, including manual and powered wheelchairs, to meet the unique medical and functional needs of our clients. Your work will directly impact the lives of people with disabilities, enabling them to actively participate in everyday life. You will work closely with the Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) to ensure that the functional goals and outcomes for our clients are met. Your responsibilities will include completing equipment assemblies as directed, delivering and fitting equipment to assure customer satisfaction, assessing and troubleshooting product issues, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring that all documentation is accurately completed in accordance with Numotion policies. You will also be responsible for maintaining delivery vehicles, assisting in maintaining business accounts, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires adherence to safety procedures and regulations, as well as attendance at company in-services training sessions. You will be expected to collaborate with the ATP and customers to implement solutions and remain focused on assignments through their completion in a timely manner. This full-time, regular/at-will position is based in Hiawatha - N Center Point and requires up to 75% travel. The salary is hourly, ranging from $17.00 to $23.00, with no per diem. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of one year of related mechanical or electrical experience, and a valid state driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Required Experience
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent educational level
- Minimum of one year of related mechanical or electrical experience
- Valid State Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
- Experience in a role requiring travel and field service
- Experience working in a customer service-oriented environment
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and medical equipment, particularly CRT
- Experience with documentation and compliance with company policies
- Prior experience in maintaining vehicles or equipment is a plus
- Experience attending and applying knowledge from training sessions
- Experience collaborating with a team to achieve customer satisfaction
