Numotion, the nation's leading provider of Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT), is seeking a dedicated Seating Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in improving the lives of people with disabilities by providing them with individually configured mobility products and services. As a Seating Technician, you will be responsible for completing CRT equipment assemblies, deliveries, fittings, and modifications to meet the functional goals and outcomes of our clients. Your work will directly support the Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) and contribute to Numotion's vision of maintaining industry leadership in CRT. Your key responsibilities will include supporting the ATP, assembling equipment, delivering and fitting equipment to ensure customer satisfaction, troubleshooting product issues, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and adhering to safety procedures and regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining delivery vehicles, assisting in managing business accounts, ensuring accurate documentation, attending in-service training sessions, collaborating with ATPs and customers, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a high level of integrity, compliance, and adherence to Numotion's mission and values. The position is full-time and regular/at-will, with a requirement to travel up to 75% of the time. The job is based in St Louis - Lakefront Drive, and the salary is hourly, ranging from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with no per diem. Required Skills
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent mechanical/electrical experience
- Valid State Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Required Experience
- Minimum of one year of related mechanical or electrical experience
- Experience in assembling and delivering complex equipment
- Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving product issues
- Experience maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Experience with vehicle maintenance and safety
- History of maintaining professional business relationships
- Familiarity with documentation practices and compliance with company policies
- Attendance of in-service training sessions
- Collaboration with clinical teams to meet customer functional goals
- Adherence to confidentiality and compliance with federal regulations
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
