SpinLife is a retail devision of Numotion, the nation's leader in online direct to consumer mobility products and services, is seeking a dedicated Senior Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for curating engaging storytelling from creation to execution across social platforms including YouTube, Meta and more. They will play a key role in creating short and long form stories, measuring our promotional campaigns and expanding our content offering for our SpinLife brands including developing and sourcing externally. Will also work to engage, inspire and recruit online community to take part in brand offerings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, integrate and execute publishing of digital marketing campaigns to drive against established core KPIs on our various social platforms to bring brand voice to life.
- Work with the marketing team to construct comprehensive digital strategic plans to grow positive consumer sentiment, impressions, engagement as well as generate new followers across platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and merchandising to deploy promotional storylines and segment key audiences for deployment daily, weekly, monthly basis.
- Partner with manufactures, influencers and other brands to extend storylines and fuel engagement across digital ecosystem
- Oversee development, cataloging and implantation of creative sourced from photo shoots, UGC, manufacturers and creative agency to establish end use content throughout the retail season.
- Establish brand voice and guidelines to ensure accurate and consistent representation of the brand on all digital properties and channels that resonates with our consumer base
- Partner with the extended agency marketing team to measure and report performance of digital campaigns and assess against business and/or campaign objectives on daily and weekly basis.
- Play a role in brainstorming, creating, and executing pulse moments throughout the season to exploit growth goals across segmented audiences
- Obsess the consumer, mobility, social trends and audiences to translate to insightful consumer journeys. Be a change agent for the organization to put the consumer at the center.
- Acting at the direction of the Vice President of Marketing, execute on all tactics in support of the overall communications strategy including write/edit copy; coordinate message distribution/posting across multiple platforms; maintain editorial calendar; collect supporting materials (e.g. photos, release forms, etc.…)
- Assist team with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested.
- Attend property events and activities to gather content (including occasional evening and weekend events)
- Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.

- Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in content creation and management across various platforms
- Strong understanding of brand management and marketing strategies
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust communication plans accordingly
- Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Sprout and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and Durable Medical Equipment is a plus

Required Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing communications or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies
- Experience in content creation, brand messaging, and media relations
- Familiarity with the production of marketing materials and coordination with vendors
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Experience with digital analytics and measuring the effectiveness of communication strategies
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector, particularly with medical devices or services, is highly desirable
- A history of working in roles that require adherence to strict confidentiality and ethical standards
- Experience in managing corporate social media accounts and online communities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
