Position: Warehouse Technician

Job Purpose:

As a Warehouse Technician at Numotion, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse while overseeing all inventory management activities. Your responsibilities will include receiving shipments, staging inventory, managing fleet equipment, conducting physical inventory counts, and ensuring accurate inventory transaction reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive purchase orders and validate against packing slips within 24 hours.
• Ensure all items in the warehouse are properly tagged, labeled, and stored.
• Manage return authorizations, including requests, returns, and reporting.
• Complete inventory transactions efficiently within our operating system.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment according to Numotion standards.
• Oversee waste management, including breaking down boxes and removing pallets.
• Sanitize and maintain fleet equipment (rental, demo, loaner).
• Provide guidance on proper inventory control procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet.

Preferred:

• Experience in supply chain or inventory management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to assess situations quickly.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a focus on prioritization.
