The pay range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 Base salary with a commission plan. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Strategic Account Manger plays a crucial role in maintaining, nurturing and expanding new and existing relationships with commercial business accounts, healthcare organizations and retailer partnerships, and customers which require concierge dedicated service. This role will help drive sustainment and growth of the business by achieving long-term success through effective client management. The Strategic Account Manager will have genuine excitement, professional etiquette, demonstrate business acumen and a passion for the products that SpinLife sells.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

▪ Using sales skills such as cold calling and follow through on warm leads to close new sales opportunities, while nurturing and growing existing business opportunities.
▪ Cultivate and manage relationships with commercial businesses, healthcare organizations, community partners and retailer partnerships.
▪ Understand customer’s need and provide solutions based on that need.
▪ Deliver high quality customer service, demonstrate professional etiquette and execute business acumen to build rapport and earn trust.
▪ Act as a communication link between key customers and internal teams, resolving any issues or complaints.
▪ Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve workflow and the customer’s experience.
▪ Prepare progress reports to routinely keep leaders up to date, while demonstrating value to the role of Strategic Account Manager. Progress reports such as productivity related metrics  as well as but not limited to revenue generating financial accomplishments.
▪ Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
▪ Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
▪ Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

▪ Bachelor’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience may be considered.
▪ Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ experience with sales/customer service activities.
▪ Knowledge of mobility and accessibility equipment and products.
▪ Solid presentation skills,

PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

§  Strong interpersonal skills and problem resolution abilities.

§  Understand ecommerce marketing strategies and or marketing collateral complimenting business development

§  Proven ability to act as a “change agent” or “change embracer” within a rapidly changing environment.
