JOB PURPOSE: 

The Revenue Validation Coordinator is responsible for the correct coding and setting of expected revenue for all funding sources.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Review all orders for correct coding, modifiers, and pricing for all funding sources. 
• Review medical documentation on file for proper coding & necessary order notifications.  
• Communicates any updates required with Payer Profile administrators, DFC Supervisor or DFC Manager.  
• Responds to all internal and external customers in a timely & professional manner. 
• Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.   
• Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.  
• Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations.  Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: 

• High school diploma or GED. 
• Knowledge of medical terminology. 

PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Medical Billing & Coding Certification 
• Minium 2 years Medical Coding or Billing experience
