Numotion is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team at our Spokane - E Sprague Ave location. As the nation's leading provider of Complex Rehabilitation Technology, Numotion is committed to enhancing the mobility and lives of our customers through individually configured, medically necessary mobility products and services. This full-time, regular/at-will position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals by ensuring their mobility equipment functions optimally. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for visiting clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic and mechanical components of mobility equipment. Your role is crucial in maintaining open communication with customers to address concerns and provide resolutions. You will also be tasked with training and educating customers and caregivers on the proper use, care, and safety of their equipment. Your follow-up with customers is essential to ensure their satisfaction with our services. Collaborating with manufacturers' tech support, you will troubleshoot issues and identify necessary parts for repairs. Additionally, you will work closely with our customer service team to coordinate daily routes and order processing. Timely and accurate completion of necessary documents is a key part of your role. This position does not require travel. Pay Range: $18.12/HR- $25.36/HR. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.


Required Skills

  • Drive to provide best-in-class service to partners and customers
  • Effective communication through electronic devices (e.g., iPhone)
  • Valid State Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to learn in-house operational systems
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Mechanical and situational problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in utilizing basic electronic devices
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experience

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a service technician or similar role, preferably in the mobility or medical equipment field
  • Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electronic and mechanical components
  • History of providing customer service and support in a home visit setting
  • Experience with following up on customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with working with manufacturers' technical support teams
  • Experience in coordinating with customer service teams for daily tasks
  • A track record of completing documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Experience in educating customers on product use and safety
  • Prior experience in a role that requires a clean driving record and the use of a company vehicle
