The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 Salary with an annual incentive plan. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.

JOB PURPOSE:

The SpinLife Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for executing on the strategy developed by the Vice President of Sales and Services.  They will manage the day-to-day operations of the sales (Product Expert) organization to optimize the best sales opportunity by delivering a dynamic world-class sales service to our customers through our sales team. They are the advocates for the sales (Product Expert) team and the champion for creating a positive work environment & world-class sales service culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

§  Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales (Product Expert) team and provide high-level communication to the VP of Sales & Service along with key stakeholders across the organization.
§  Recruit, retain, develop, and motivate staff to continuously learn through a supportive and collaborative approach; Set objectives; establish priorities; support upskilling; manage talent; and monitor/evaluate results.
§  Manage and oversee new employee on-boarding training activities to ensure employees are productive and operate to established performance standards within 90 days.
 §  Manage the sales (Product Expert) team’s schedule with fairness, long-lead visibility to ensure our abandon rate is to the absolute minimum.
§  Monitor & measure sales performance of each individual sales associate. Leverage the high performers and provide guidance and training for others.
§  Collaborate with Finance to provide transparent commission reports on bi-weekly basis to motivate and to gain consensus with team members.
§  Deliver direct feedback to each sales (Product Expert) associate by monitoring their sales calls to ensure we are adhering to our policies and procedures and providing the best possible service to our customers.
§  Partner with merchandising to develop and deliver on-going product training to ensure our sales team has industry best product knowledge.
§  Communicate with cross-functional partners of the sales team developments and partner with the merchandising team to identify opportunities for products and/or services. Be the voice of the customer.
§  Work with department leaders and VP of Sales & Service, to develop annual Goals and Objectives for both entire sales organization and each individual team member.
§  May support order processing when sales team run into technical difficulties and/or need guidance

§  Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
§  Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

§  Associate’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience may be considered.

§  Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Phone Sales Management or additional two (2) years of experience in managing a direct response sales team.

§  Mobility Equipment or Durable Medical Equipment industry experience.

§  People development and process improvement leadership experiences.

§  Ability to define a problem through discovery or analysis, identify countermeasures to correct and partner with stakeholders implement solution(s) to solve the problem.

§  Excellent oral and written communication skills.

§  Detail oriented with a focus on completion and accuracy.

§  Ability to remain focused while handling multiple tasks, responsibilities, and projects.

§  Ability and willingness to take a hands-on execution role to support business/organization needs.

§  Strong Microsoft Office skills to include excel.

§  Dedicated, quiet, home workspace with strong internet connection.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

§  Experience with process management systems.

§  Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment

§  May require minimal travel (less than 10%) for leadership, training, or vendor meetings.
