Construction /Job Planning/ Tasks and Coordination:

 General Remodeling construction tasks such as decks, landing, doorway widening, grab bar

installation 

 Review plans and specs and determine feasibility, code compliance, labor, and equipment

requirements.  Produce quotes as well as coordinate with designer/sales to generate

attractive/profitable quotes 

 Insure timely job starts and completion. Plan material purchases, labor requirements,

coordinate with staff as needed and follow Numotion documentation procedures.

 Schedule and supervise construction staff and subs.  Insure skills appropriate, job prep,

tools and materials are available to them. 

 Ensure Numotion standards and all applicable codes/regulations are followed on job site 

 Obtain permits as needed

Administrative/customer service for remodeling/installation: 

 Assist with developing list of sub contractors 

 Evaluate sub contractor performance

 Monitor and maintain tools, storage, maintenance, re-supply, coordinating with other staff

 Receive and sort products on loading dock as needed. 

 Record service and follow up  for clients in a timely manner and coordinate with other staff 

 Observe HIPPA, Safety, Code Compliance at all times

 Participate in education sessions provided by Company or required by certifications

 Other jobs/duties as needed

Sales/Marketing:Support role

 Maintain relationships with potential referrals

 Describe general services and equipment provided by Numotion to clients, contractors, and

the public when providing construction/installation services
