JOB PURPOSE: 
A Product Expert is responsible for providing product specific information to customers who are interested in buying our products. Product Experts convert this customer’s interest into product sales. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Identify customer needs and present product options based on features and functionality knowledge. 

  • Convert customer phone calls and online inquiries to product sales orders. 

  • Provide buyers with accurate shipping, delivery, service and return policy information. 

  • Create and manage customer quotes, work tasks and tickets until completion. 

  • Work with manufacturers and internal teams to ensure the appropriate equipment is configured and ordered in a timely manner. 

  • Collaborate closely with other team members to provide exceptional level of service to customers. 

  • Maintain and expand product, company policy and process knowledge by actively participating in organized and self-driven training. 

  • Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission. 

  • Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations. 

  • Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • High School Diploma and/or GED. 

  • Minimum three (3) years of direct-to-consumer retail sales experience. 

  • Experience in customer discovery, building relationships, creating urgency and articulating and showing value over price to deliver successful sales results. 

  • Ability to identify customer needs and present product options based on features and functionality knowledge. 

  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written. 

  • Ability to multitask while providing exceptional support and responsiveness to customers. 

  • Dedicated, quiet, home workspace with strong internet connection. 

PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Experience with Mobility Equipment or Durable Medical Equipment. 

  • Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) training and certification. 

  • Experience with order management systems.
