JOB PURPOSE:
The Director of Franchise Sales will lead the strategic expansion of SpinLife’s franchise network, focusing on identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new franchisees across the U.S. This role guides candidates through the full recruitment process from inquiry to approval, ensuring strong qualification standards, compliance, and alignment with brand values. This role is instrumental in converting independent field technicians and other qualified operators into successful franchise owners who align with our mission to empower communities to move without limits.
You’ll shape the franchise sales process, define territory strategies, and partner with marketing to attract high-quality candidates. Success in this role requires a blend of sales acumen, strategic thinking, and relationship-building to grow SpinLife’s footprint and bring transformative mobility solutions closer to those who need them most.
The pay range for this position is a yearly salary of $74,080-101,860 . It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Lead the end-to-end franchise sales process, including lead generation, candidate qualification, interviews, discovery days, FDD review, and final signing, ensuring compliance with FTC rules, state regulations, and ethical sales practices.
§ Develop and execute territory strategies and market analysis to optimize coverage, support exclusivity, and drive franchise network growth.
§ Collaborate with marketing to design and implement recruitment campaigns, sales collateral, and promotional materials that attract high-quality candidates.
§ Build and manage CRM workflows (e.g., FranConnect, HubSpot, Salesforce) to track candidate progress, automate communications, and report on KPIs such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
§ Qualify and onboard franchisees by assessing financial capability, operational fit, and cultural alignment, maintaining high standards for quality and readiness.
§ Facilitate discovery days, webinars, and presentations, acting as a persuasive communicator and trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
§ Maintain strong relationships with prospects, internal teams, and external partners, demonstrating empathy, coaching, and resilience through long sales cycles and complex decisions.
§ Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all franchise activities meet regulatory requirements and company policies.
§ Support the development and delivery of onboarding and training programs for new franchisees, ensuring their long-term success.
§ Represent SpinLife at expos, conferences, and development events, serving as a brand ambassador and upholding Numotion Leadership Principles.
§ Demonstrate strategic thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving to balance short-term sales goals with long-term brand integrity and network quality.
§ Provide excellent customer service, address concerns proactively, and continually focus on solutions for both internal and external stakeholders.
§ Highly organized, with strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
§ Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform their job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
§ Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
§ Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3–5 years of experience in franchise sales or business development, ideally within service, medical, or fitness sectors.
- Strong understanding of the franchise lifecycle, including FDD compliance and ethical sales practices.
- Proficiency with franchise CRM systems such as FranConnect, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coaching abilities.
- Demonstrated strength in risk assessment, problem-solving, and influencing decision-makers.
- Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
PHYSICAL WORK REQUIREMENTS:

- Ability to travel up to 30% to tradeshows, franchise locations, corporate headquarters, and discovery day events.
- Capable of working in office, showroom, and warehouse environments as needed.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings, training sessions, and site visits.
- Occasional lifting of materials or equipment (up to 40 lbs.) during store setup or operational assessments.
- Comfortable navigating construction zones or unfinished retail spaces during buildouts.
- Ability to use standard office equipment and digital tools for documentation, communication, and presentations.
