The pay range for this position is $52,000-$75,000 Salary. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
JOB PURPOSE:
The Med Supply Data Analyst is an entry-level analytical role responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and meaningful financial and operational reporting in support of the Medical Supplies business. This role supports senior leadership by analyzing Med Supply financial performance, identifying trends, forecasting results, and contributing to the annual budgeting process. The Analyst regularly extracts and synthesizes data from multiple systems to develop insights that guide decision-making and operational strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Prepare and distribute standardized monthly financial and operational reports used internally and externally.
§ Conduct financial and variance analysis; respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from operational and commercial leaders.
§ Serve as the primary data analytics contact for the SVP of Medical Supplies and extended leadership team.
§ Act as a power user of financial reporting systems; maintain existing reports and partner with Accounting on custom report development.
§ Provide significant analytical support during the annual corporate budget and forecasting processes.
§ Collaborate with the BI team on data validation efforts and new dashboard/report design.
§ Apply advanced Excel, Power BI, and Brightree knowledge to analyze large datasets and create meaningful insights that drive business outcomes.
§ Design, automate, and maintain recurring reports in Excel, Power BI, and Brightree.
§ Present financial results to senior leadership, summarizing trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
§ Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external partners by providing timely, accurate information and proactive solutions.
§ Perform other duties as assigned based on organizational needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
§ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related field.
§ Coursework or experience in data analysis, financial reporting, forecasting, or related analytical disciplines.
§ Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) and familiarity with Power BI and Dynamics 365.
§ Understanding of financial statements, reporting structures, and core financial concepts.
§ Ability to extract and synthesize data from multiple sources.
§ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
PREFFERED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONSE:
§ Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
§ Experience with Brightree or similar industry-related platforms.
§ Prior exposure to BI tools, automated reporting, or data visualization.
§ Strong problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement orientation

§ Must be highly mobile, able to access all areas of the premises;
§ Ability to concentrate and remain focused while handling multiple tasks, responsibilities and projects;

§ Must be able to perform bending, twisting, stooping, and reaching, and lifting of equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.
