JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for leading the Home Access Department, ensuring goals and objectives of the department are executed and accomplished, retain/augment/add to staff ensuring their safety and productivity, manage client relations and new sales, ensure the code and OSHA compliance are enforced, and make sure bills are paid and revenue is correct and compliant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Fulfill the obligations of the goals of the department including but limited to: Revenue Management, Employee safety and training, Business development, Company compliance, Expense management, and Customer satisfaction.
§ Review estimates to ensure they are accurate, profitable, and completed in a timely manner.
§ Ensure coordinators complete projects on time and budget.
§ Ensure material purchases follow Numotion documentation procedures and non-stock materials are appropriate.
§ Spot check on-site projects, staff and subcontractors.
§ Ensure Numotion standards and all applicable codes/regulations are followed on the job site.
§ Act as back up to Construction Manager to draw plans and obtain permits as needed.
§ Ensure subcontractor qualifications meet Numotion Standards
§ Oversee Monitor and maintain tools, storage, maintenance, re-supply, coordinating with other staff.
o Determine the appropriateness of purchase.
o Review corporate credit card report to reconcile tool purchases.
§ Ensure HIPPA, Safety, and Code Compliance regulations are met at all times.
§ Participate in education sessions provided by Company or required by certifications and ensure staff is signed up for appropriate training/certifications.
§ Maintain relationships with potential referrals and ATPs.
§ Assist with in-services with potential referrals.
§ Provide guidance on sales/marketing for department and work with Numotion services.
§ Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
§ Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
§ Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
§ Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
§ Minimum five (5) years’ experience in general construction, home modifications, or an equivalent combination of both.
§ Minimum of three (3) years of leadership development experience, including leading, mentoring and/or coaching.
§ Maintain license as Class D (minimum) City of Omaha /Bellevue/Council Bluffs IA contractor. Implement policy/procedures for compliance with building codes, design specifications, OSHA, EPA, Nebraska Department of Labor, lead based paint, and other regulations.
§ Must be able to understand scaled drawings and written specifications.
§ Must have Basic knowledge general light construction such as blocking, framing, sheetrock, paint, tile, handyman level work such as replace shower head or replace wax ring on toilet and basic knowledge about batteries and small D/C motors.
§ Must be able to travel frequently across geographical zone locations.
§ Valid State Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
§ Previous experience working with individuals with physical disabilities.
§ 30-hour OSHA training.
§ Ability to work with minimal supervision while using own technical judgment regarding complex tasks.
§ Lead Based Paint Certification.
§ Excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
§ Able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
§ Able to think quickly, assess a situation and make a sound decision.
§ Strong listening, organization and priority setting skills.
§ Experience with common PC software (Word Processing, Email, and Internet).
PHYSICAL WORK REQUIREMENTS:

§ Must be able to safely participate in general light construction activity: occasionally carry/lift items up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, kneel, stand, walk, crawl per job demands.
§ Must be highly mobile, able to access all areas of the work site and premises.
§ Ability to frequently use hands, wrists, fingers associated with computer equipment.
§ Ability to concentrate and remain focused while handling multiple tasks, responsibilities, and projects.
§ Ability to work in an office environment with extended periods of sitting, computer use, and data entry using mouse and keyboard.
§ Ability to communicate and follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
§ Ability to work overtime as needed.
