Numotion, the nation's leading provider of Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT), is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ at our E McDowell Rd location. As a Production Technician at Numotion, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of people with disabilities by building and preparing complex rehabilitation equipment that enables them to actively participate in everyday life.

Numotion specializes in providing individually configured, medically necessary mobility products and services, including manual and powered wheelchairs and disposable medical supplies that serve unique medical and functional needs. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for building complex rehab equipment according to order specifications provided by Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs). Your primary duty will be to ensure that all assembled equipment matches the exact specifications required for each individual client's needs. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality, as the equipment you build directly impacts the mobility and quality of life for our customers.

As a Production Technician, you will also assist with various warehouse duties, including receiving shipments, maintaining an organized warehouse environment, and participating in inventory management. You will be expected to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the shop/warehouse area and participate in physical inventory counts and reconciliation processes.

This full-time, regular position offers competitive compensation ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. You will work in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining precision in your work. The physical demands of this position include frequent use of hands and wrists, occasional moving and reaching with arms and hands, and the ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds. You may be required to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
