The pay range for this position is $70,000-85,000 base salary plus commission. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location


What You’ll Do as a Medical Supply Account Manager (MSAM)

You’ll be the driving force behind expanding Numotion’s reach in untapped markets by promoting and selling products in our Medical Supply Division, including:

  • Catheters

  • Incontinence products

  • Ostomy and Wound Care supplies

You’ll work with key healthcare providers and referral sources, including:

  • Complex Rehab Centers

  • Hospital Systems & Spina Bifida Centers

  • Urology Clinics & Specialists

Your core mission: Build meaningful partnerships, provide expert product recommendations, and be a trusted resource for clients and clinicians.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Prospect new leads and build a pipeline of medical supply customers

  • Educate healthcare professionals about Numotion’s products and solutions

  • Strategically grow territory sales through consultative selling

  • Collaborate with Numotion Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs) for seamless customer care

  • Stay informed about industry trends and compliance requirements (e.g., Medicare)


What You Need to Succeed

  • 3+ years of proven success in outside sales — preferably in healthcare, DME, urology, wound care, or home health

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized

  • Ability to travel 60% of the time within your geographic territory

  • Presentation and strategic account planning experience a big plus

  • Knowledge of Medicare documentation is a bonus
