Pay Range: $16.83 to $21.88. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Warehouse Technician is responsible for all inventory management related activities within the location. This includes but is not limited to: timely receiving of incoming shipments, equipment return management to vendors, staging and put-away of inventory within the warehouse, physical inventory counts, conducting cycle counts regularly, and accurate processing and reporting of inventory transactions.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive all purchase orders and validate against packing slip within 24 hours.
• Conduct regular physical inventtory counts and smaller cycle counts with accuracy. 
• Ensure all items within warehouse are tagged, labeled, and stored accordingly.
• Timely management of return authorizations (request, return, and reporting).
• Moving inventory within inventory system accurately and timely. 
• Clean and organize warehouse to Numotion standard operating procedures. 
• Responsible for overall management of Rental/Loaner equipment fleet within the warehouse.
• Provide guidance on proper inventory control procedures with local team members.
• Performs other related duties as needed.

• Prolonged periods of standing, bending, or kneeling when in the warehouse.
• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, reach, and/or lift/move up to 50 pounds and pull/push equipment heavier than 100 pounds at time.
• Frequent use of hand and fingers for firm grasping and fine manipulation.

 QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Email, and Internet).
• 2 + years of inventory management experience (preferred).

 COMPETENCIES AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred
• Supply chain/inventory management experience a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to think quickly, assess a situation and make a sound decision.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with focus on set priorities.
