Numotion, the nation's leading provider of Complex Rehabilitation Technology, is seeking a Director of Operations Fulfillment to join our team. This full-time, regular/at-will executive position is based in San Antonio - Starcrest Dr. The Director of Operations Fulfillment will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and timely shipping/receiving, inventory, assembly, and delivery of our products at the local level. The successful candidate will lead a team of Production/Assembly Technicians, Warehouse Technicians, Seating Technicians, Shipping/Receiving Technicians, and Courier/Delivery Technicians, focusing on quality customer service while maintaining safe and efficient operations. Key responsibilities include leading the order fulfillment team to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention, hiring and developing staff, overseeing warehouse activities, providing inventory reports, improving operations, coordinating equipment procurement and delivery, partnering with cross-functional leaders, addressing and resolving escalations, ensuring quality to increase customer satisfaction, managing distribution routes, implementing best practices, utilizing reporting databases, and ensuring compliance with company and government regulations. At Numotion, we offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits and a 401k. The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $120,000.00 annually. Required Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of five years of operational work experience
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience, including leading, mentoring, and/or coaching
- Valid State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across geographical zones
- Knowledge of complex rehab equipment and products (preferred)
- Demonstrated technical or mechanical knowledge (preferred)
- Experience in or exposure to healthcare management (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment and achieve shared goals (preferred)
- Proven ability to act as a change agent within a rapidly changing environment (preferred)
- Prior experience with physical inventory and remote inventory management (preferred)
