As a Seating Technician at Numotion, you will be a key player in the successful assembly, delivery, and fitting of CRT equipment. This role supports the Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) and directly contributes to fulfilling Numotion’s vision of delivering life-changing mobility products and services. You’ll work closely with clients to ensure their mobility needs and functional goals are met, while maintaining high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities include assisting ATPs with equipment assembly and delivery, assembling and fitting CRT equipment, troubleshooting product issues, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring vehicle maintenance, managing client relationships, completing accurate documentation, adhering to safety compliance, attending in-service training, collaborating with customers, providing outstanding customer service, solving problems efficiently, and upholding Numotion Leadership Principles. This is a Full-Time/Regular position located in Omaha Corn-S 137th Circle, with a salary range of $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience. The role is considered Entry Level, with less than 1 year of experience required, and a High School diploma or equivalent education level. Travel is expected up to 75%, and the job duration is Regular/At-Will. No per diem is offered for this position.

Required Experience
- Less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid State Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
- Experience in mechanical or electrical fields is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or client relationship management
- Experience with assembly and delivery of complex equipment preferred
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and assistive technology is beneficial
- Experience in maintaining and organizing inventory and workspaces
- Experience in adhering to safety standards and regulations
- Proven track record of problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Experience in a role requiring adherence to confidentiality policies
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Prior experience in a role that requires travel is advantageous
