JOB PURPOSE:
The Insurance Verification Coordinator (IVC) II is responsible for verifying benefits and providing cross-divisional support for all funding sources within each division. This role will lend support to the IVC team and leadership by being a subject matter expert and resource for the team as well as with branch-level stakeholders.
The pay range for this position is $21.15-$27.50. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Reviews and verifies benefits for all funding sources.
§ Reviews and updates payer funding sources related to order changes.
§ Enters insurance verification information in the order processing system.
§ Communicates outcomes with internal and external stakeholders.
§ Resolves escalation calls and situations regarding payers.
§ Escalates necessary updates and changes to the leadership team as needed.
§ Identifies and communicates trends regarding payer issues to leadership and helps develop solutions.
§ Provides ongoing training and mentoring to team members after New Hire training.
§ Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
§ Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
§ Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of health insurance experience or related experience.
PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience will be considered.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong listening, organization and priority setting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
- Ability to think quickly, assess a situation and make a sound decision.
- Ability to provide best-in-class customer service.
- Demonstration of exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills both internally and externally with customers.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
