As Director of Fulfillment Operations, you’ll lead a high-impact team, streamline fulfillment processes, and ensure that life-changing equipment reaches the people who need it—on time, every time.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop a team of fulfillment professionals across shipping, receiving, inventory, and equipment delivery.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Drive process improvements and implement best practices across multiple local sites.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless procurement and delivery of CRT equipment.

• Manage inventory systems, route logistics, and service escalations with urgency and care.

• Foster a positive, productive culture grounded in accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in operational management, ideally within logistics, healthcare, or mobility solutions.

• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role—hiring, coaching, and performance development.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse systems, and route optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in healthcare operations or medical equipment fulfillment.

• Mechanical or technical background in assembly and repair.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote inventory tools.
