Numotion, the nation's leading provider of Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT), is seeking a Director of Sales Operations (DSO) to join our dynamic team. This full-time, regular/at-will management position is based in Milwaukee on N 113th Street. As a DSO at Numotion, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of Assistive Technology Professionals (ATP) to drive market growth and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement. You will be tasked with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members to support our long-term growth goals. Regular ride-alongs with team members will be essential to evaluate and support ATP development. You will also create and implement growth and development plans for the team. Developing and executing strategies to expand our referral base across key business segments will be a key part of your role. You will be responsible for developing new referral relationships and growing the existing referral base through strategic activities, including business partnership reviews, account meetings, and cold calls. Representing Numotion at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events will also fall under your purview. Financial management of the team to meet top-line revenue goals, optimize gross margin, and grow EBITDA is a critical aspect of this role. You will identify opportunities for process improvements and drive consistent pipeline growth. Engaging and partnering closely with cross-functional business leaders is essential to ensure alignment with shared goals. You will utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform your job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion's mission. Adherence to employee and customer confidentiality and compliance with Numotion's policies and federal regulations is mandatory. Providing timely and effective solutions for customer concerns and continually improving customer service is a top priority. The physical demands of this job include the ability to travel at least 50%, frequent use of computer equipment, prolonged periods of desk work, occasional reaching and moving with arms and hands, effective communication, and the ability to work overtime as needed. Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, including leading, mentoring, and/or coaching
  • Experience in a clinical/therapy role and/or ATP role (preferred)
  • Knowledge of CRT (Complex Rehab Technology) business (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to act as a change agent within a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to develop and execute multiple business priorities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment
