The pay range for this position is $61,900-74,280 salary. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location

JOB PURPOSE:

The DFC Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their assigned team(s).   This role ensures the delivery of quality service through monitoring, development of staff on a continual basis, and ensuring proper work processes meet Numotion procedures. This role could also be overseeing a team of supervisors.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive compliance in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Interview, hire, mentor, and train supervisory employees and individual contributors.
  • Provide leadership and oversight on the daily activities of direct reports.
  • Manage and delegate daily workflow of their direct reports.
  • Provide on-going coaching, mentoring, and development of direct reports.
  • Identify source(s) of employee/operational issues and develop action plans to solve them.
  • Maintain consistent review of all open orders in DFC.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Funding and cross functional leadership team(s) regarding contract guidelines, changes to payer profiles and overall order process flow.
  • Develop & execute plans to facilitate achievement of DFC & Company Goals.
  • Support and ensure that the DFC meets required accuracy and collectability of generated revenue.
  • Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
  • Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
  • Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate degree in management or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience may be considered. .
  • Two (2) years of order processing related experience .
  • Minimum four (4) years of related management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and computations skills.

  • Solid written and verbal communication, listening, organization and priority setting skills.

  • Able to think quickly, assess a situation and make a sound decision.
  • Assertive, self-directed; able to work without supervision.
  • Ability to understand and carry out written and verbal instructions.
