As a Customer Relations Representative, you'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our customers and our sales/service teams. Your work will directly contribute to our customers' mobility and well-being. At SpinLife, we offer:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Expert Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in selecting mobility products that meet their unique needs, offering expert advice and solutions.
- Evaluate Customer Needs: Conduct thorough evaluations of all product lines, tailoring recommendations to customers’ specific medical and functional requirements.
- Manage Sales Leads: Create and follow up on both short-term and long-term sales leads, contributing to the growth of the business.
- Resolve Customer Concerns: Efficiently address any issues, ensuring a positive and effective resolution.
- Strengthen Relationships with Payors: Cultivate relationships with 3rd Party Payors like VA, DVR, and other relevant organizations to expand outreach and support.
- Coordinate Sales Orders: Oversee sales orders from creation to completion, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with Store Operations: Participate in day-to-day store activities including scheduling, maintenance, and product organization.
- Answer Calls & Direct Communication: Answer inbound calls and direct them to appropriate team members as needed.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with internal teams to manage product orders, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high service standards.
- Promote SpinLife at Events: Represent the company at tradeshows and networking events, helping to build brand awareness and drive business.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues alike
- Problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues effectively
- Technical knowledge of mobility products and services, or the willingness to learn
- Excellent customer service skills, always focusing on customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of customer service experience in the mobility industry or a related field
- 1 -2 years of Sales or Retail experience is a plus
- Self-starter with a high degree of independence and accountability
- Demonstrated empathy and compassion for customers with disabilities or mobility challenges
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Frequent use of hands, wrists, and fingers for typing and computer work
- Ability to navigate varied terrain and assist customers in a variety of environments
