Numotion, the nation's leading provider of Complex Rehabilitation Technology, is seeking a Director of Operations Fulfillment to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in improving the lives of people with disabilities by ensuring they receive the medically necessary mobility products and services they require. As a Director of Operations Fulfillment, you will oversee the local operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory management, assembly, and delivery, to ensure quality customer service and efficient operations. Your leadership will directly impact our mission to maintain our industry-leading position by fostering an inclusive work environment and driving operational excellence. You will supervise a diverse team of technicians and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to meet revenue goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include hiring, training, and performance management of staff, overseeing warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing best practices. This full-time, regular/at-will position is based in Tucson-East Speedway Blvd and offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually. - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Capability to effectively utilize and adapt to new technology
- Understanding of financial reporting
- Ability to act as a change agent within a rapidly changing environment
Required Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of five years of operational work experience
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience, including leading, mentoring, and coaching
- Valid State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across geographical zones
- Knowledge of complex rehab equipment and products (preferred)
- Demonstrated technical or mechanical knowledge (preferred)
- Experience in or exposure to healthcare management (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment (preferred)
- Prior experience with physical inventory and remote inventory management (preferred)
- 1+ to 2 Years of experience in a similar role
- 2 Year Degree minimum education level
- Experience in a management-level position within the industry
