As a Director of Operations Fulfillment, you will oversee the local operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory management, assembly, and delivery, to ensure quality customer service and efficient operations. You will supervise a diverse team of technicians and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to meet revenue goals and enhance customer satisfaction. This full-time, regular/at-will position is based in Tucson-East Speedway Blvd and offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually. Required Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of five years of operational work experience
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience, including leading, mentoring, and coaching
• Valid State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across geographical zones
• Knowledge of complex rehab equipment and products (preferred)
• Demonstrated technical or mechanical knowledge (preferred)
• Experience in or exposure to healthcare management (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment (preferred)
• Prior experience with physical inventory and remote inventory management (preferred)
• 1+ to 2 Years of experience in a similar role
• 2 Year Degree minimum education level
• Experience in a management-level position within the industry
