We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations Fulfillment to lead and manage our operations at the local level. Position Overview: As the Director of Operations Fulfillment, you will be responsible for overseeing shipping, receiving, inventory, assembly, and delivery operations at the local level. You will lead a dynamic team, ensuring that every aspect of fulfillment runs efficiently, safely, and with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the order fulfillment team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and team performance.
  • Hire, train, develop, and mentor staff to meet and exceed operational goals.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, product returns, and maintaining clean rental/demo equipment.
  • Generate and analyze inventory reports to ensure smooth operations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the procurement and delivery of equipment, ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Address and resolve escalations swiftly to maintain positive customer experiences.
  • Optimize distribution routes to enhance efficiency and minimize turnaround times.
  • Drive the implementation of best practices to standardize processes across the region.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of five years of operational work experience.
    Minimum of two years of supervisory experience, including leading, mentoring and/or coaching.
    Must possess a valid State Driver’s License, and acceptable driving record.
    Must be willing and able to travel frequently across geographical zone locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with complex rehabilitation products and equipment.
  • Technical or mechanical expertise, particularly in assembly and maintenance.
  • Experience with healthcare management and operational processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Inventory management experience, including remote inventory systems.
