Seating Technician
Numotion, the nation's leading provider of Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT), is seeking a dedicated Seating Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in improving the lives of people with disabilities by providing them with individually configured, medically necessary mobility products and services. As a Seating Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients' functional goals and outcomes are met through the assembly, delivery, fitting, and modification of CRT equipment. Your work will directly contribute to Numotion's vision of enabling active participation in everyday life for those we serve. You will support the Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) and maintain client and referral satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and solutions. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety procedures and regulations, and ensuring documentation is completed accurately. You will also be expected to attend company in-services training sessions, collaborate with ATPs and customers, and provide excellent customer service at all times. This full-time, regular/at-will position is based in Palmyra - Main Street and requires up to 75% travel. The role is entry-level, with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $23.00. Required Skills
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent mechanical/electrical experience
- Valid State Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent listening, organization, and priority setting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Required Experience
- Less than 1 year of related experience in a mechanical or electrical field
- Experience in assembly, delivery, fitting, and modification of CRT equipment is preferred but not required
- Experience in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Experience with vehicle maintenance and safe operation
- Experience in customer service and relationship management
- Experience in adhering to company policies, safety standards, and federal regulations
- Experience in collaborating with professionals such as ATPs for direction and implementation of solutions
- Experience in handling customer concerns and providing solutions
- Experience in working with diverse teams and contributing to an inclusive work environment
