Job Purpose
As a Seating Technician at Numotion, you will play a crucial role in assembling and delivering CRT equipment. You’ll work closely with our Assistive Technology Professionals (ATP) to ensure that our clients’ functional goals are met, ultimately contributing to Numotion's vision of improving lives through enhanced mobility.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the ATP as needed in fulfilling client needs.
- Assemble and deliver equipment, ensuring that customer functional goals are achieved with minimal oversight.
- Assess and troubleshoot product issues, seeking guidance from the ATP for effective solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in our shop and during deliveries.
- Ensure delivery vehicles are clean and in safe operating condition.
- Foster strong relationships with existing business accounts.
- Accurately complete documentation in accordance with Numotion policy.
- Comply with all safety procedures and regulations.
- Attend in-service training sessions as required.
- Collaborate with the ATP and customers to implement effective solutions.
- Provide exemplary customer service, addressing any concerns raised by customers during deliveries.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- High school diploma or GED; a minimum of one year of related mechanical or electrical experience is required.
- Valid State Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
- Associate degree in a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent listening, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

- General knowledge of CRT industry products.
