- Participate in change control and service delivery processes by providing appropriate documentation and subject matter expertise
- Project management leadership across complex programs involving multiple technologies, stakeholders
- Manage scope, requirements in concert with other project resources
- Identify and assess program risk and develop mitigation strategies to share with key stakeholders.
- Through monitoring reports, will ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and organization requirements
- Prepare and present to key stakeholders detailed program reports, including weekly progress updates, budget reports and risk assessments
- Facilitate project meetings and manage team dynamics
- Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
- Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
- Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

- Solid understanding of technology, software development lifecycle processes (agile and waterfall)
- Proficiency in MS project and Excel.
- Experience leading large projects with significant change management impacts
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines and resources efficiently
- Excellent communication skills; capable of presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
PREFERRED:
- Experience with ERP implementations
- Knowledge of D365 F&O
- Frequent use of hands, wrists, fingers associated with using computer equipment.
- Prolonged periods of time working at a desk and/or on a computer.
- Occasionally move and reach with arms and hands.
- Ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds.
