Zone Inventory Manager- Southeast

JOB PURPOSE:
The Zone Inventory Manager manages inventory and warehouse operations and supports the Directors of Operations Fulfillment and Directors of Service Fulfillment within the specified zone. This position provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪ Implement tools and systems for reporting, tracking, audit, and analysis of inventory related metrics to zone leaders and warehouse personnel.
▪ Establish standards, metrics, and procedures that maximize inventory management efficiency.
▪ Communicate frequently and consistently with zone leaders and warehouse personnel.
▪ Implement policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and reduce shrinkage/loss.
▪ Communicate with suppliers and local staff to ensure inventory is returned or re-sold.
▪ Plan, schedule, forecast, and control physical inventory operations.
▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives to optimize inventory utilization and develop best practices.
▪ Participate in on-site training when necessary.
▪ Participate in ERP projects and ensures successful implementation/transition.
▪ Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
▪ Three (3) years of supply chain/inventory management experience.
▪ Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Email, and Internet).
▪ Excellent organizational and time management skills with focus on set priorities.

▪ Travel is required, up to 25% of time.
▪ Ability to work overtime as needed.
