Numotion, the nation's leading provider of Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT), is seeking a dedicated Seating Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in improving the lives of people with disabilities by providing them with medically necessary mobility products and services. As a Seating Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients' functional goals and outcomes are met through the precise assembly, delivery, and fitting of CRT equipment. Your work will support the Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) and contribute directly to Numotion's vision of enabling active participation in everyday life for our clients. Your responsibilities will include supporting the ATP, assembling equipment as directed, delivering and fitting equipment to meet clinical team-established functional goals, assessing and troubleshooting product issues, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring the safe operation of delivery vehicles. You will also assist in maintaining business relationships, accurately complete documentation per Numotion policy, comply with safety procedures and regulations, attend in-service training sessions, collaborate with ATPs and customers to implement solutions, and provide exceptional customer service. This full-time, regular/at-will position is based in Atlanta - Regency Parkway and requires up to 75% travel. The role is hourly, without per diem, and offers competitive compensation packages, including benefits and a 401k. Required Skills

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent mechanical/electrical experience
  • Valid State Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent listening, organization, and priority setting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Quick decision-making skills
  • Commitment to providing best-in-class customer service
  • Problem-solving abilities and a knack for identifying improvement opportunities
  • General knowledge of products within the CRT industry

Required Experience

  • Minimum of one year of related mechanical or electrical experience
  • Experience in assembly and delivery of complex equipment
  • Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving product issues
  • Experience maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Experience with vehicle maintenance and safety
  • History of maintaining professional business relationships
  • Familiarity with documentation procedures and compliance with safety regulations
  • Participation in in-service training sessions
  • Collaboration with clinical teams to meet customer needs
  • Adherence to confidentiality and compliance with company policies and federal regulations
