Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Site Manager, Family Health Centers ¿ Women¿s Health, Family Medicine & 7th Ave (3 Sites).

In this role, the successful candidate Oversees daily operations and patient flow at multiple FHC locations and works closely under the guidance of the Senior Director on various site and network-wide initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participates in monthly staff meetings and serves as a key contributor on the site leadership team.
• Performs timekeeping duties or monitoring of staff's attendance and lateness records on regular basis
• Submits and or approves supply orders as needed for the site
• In conjunction with the Senior Director, reviews key policies and procedures with entire team.
• Provides guidance and supervises the registration supervisor and PSA team.
• Assist the site leadership in participating or providing annual performance evaluations to staff.
• Ensures satisfaction of staff and patients by facilitating effective communication among staff to promote quality of care and excellent customer service.
• Works with Senior Director and Site Medical Director to promote continuity of care and efficiency of site operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested by Site Leadership and FHC Administration.
• Resolves patient complaints and improve staff satisfaction through surveys and ongoing meetings to provide good communication between all levels of multi-disciplinary staff and with patients.
• Supports the Senior Director in oversight of budgetary and financial activities specific to operations.
• Responsible for daily operations consistent with FHCs goals and objectives. 
• Responsible for staff development and team building activities along with Senior Director's support
• Collaborates with Senior Director to address staff work performance issues and following NYU's disciplinary process as needed 

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Highly preferred bilingual Chinese and/or Spanish
Masters Degree in Public Health Business Administration or related field preferred
1+ years progressive experience in ambulatory care setting preferred.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $82,886.36 - $83,200.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
